Our Mental Health Practitioner

At Diamond Minds Health & Wellness, I offer a range of mental health services that focuses on Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Transitional Coaching, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, PTSD Counselling, and Sound Therapy. My experience and compassion is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal mental well-being. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop the skills you need to live a fulfilling life.

Individual sessions are designed to help you work through personal challenges and develop the tools you need to achieve your goals. As a mental health Practitioner, I  use a range of evidence-based approaches, including NLP, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Sound Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Transformative Coaching to help you build resilience, manage stress, anxiety and improve your overall mental well-being.

In group sessions, I  provide a supportive and safe environment where you can connect with others who are going through similar experiences. As a mental health practitioner, I use a range of group  approaches, including psychoeducation and process-oriented groups, to help you build coping skills, improve your communication, and develop meaningful relationships with others.

Couples sessions are designed to help you and your partner improve your communication, build trust, and strengthen your relationship. As a mental health practitioner, I  use a range of couples therapy approaches, to help you resolve conflicts, deepen your connection, and achieve a more fulfilling relationship.
